Individual Session Type II – Half Day Nature Immersion
Half-day Nature Immersions are opportunities for deepening connection to the wisdom of nature and mindfulness, providing space for more focused inquiry into the important questions in your heart. Sessions open with dialogue, guided meditation and intention-setting around the inquiry at hand. This is followed by a solo walk and sit, often prompted with a few simple self-led activities. Upon your return, we will do another guided meditation, engage in reflective dialogue to harvest the lessons, and set clear intentions for the future.
